Welcome to Jambo Java. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and any services, tools, or products offered through it. These services are provided by Coast Collective Group, Inc. d/b/a Jambo Java (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

SECTION 1 - ELIGIBILITY & AGE REQUIREMENTS

By using our site, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence, or have the permission of a parent or guardian if you are a minor.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCT USE & BREWING SAFETY

Our products (including the "Mara Roast") require the use of hot water and brewing equipment.

  • Heat Warning: You acknowledge that improper handling of boiling water or brewing equipment can cause serious injury, including third-degree burns.

  • Assumption of Risk: You agree to follow the safety guidelines of your specific brewing hardware (e.g., French press, pour-over dripper).

  • Guidance Only: Any brewing instructions provided on our packaging or website are suggestions for flavor profiles. We are not liable for any injuries, medical expenses, or property damage resulting from following our brewing guides or the misuse of heated liquids.

SECTION 3 - PRODUCTS & PERISHABILITY

  • Agricultural Variance: Coffee is a seasonal agricultural product. While we strive for consistency, you acknowledge that flavor profiles may shift between batches.

  • Allergen Notice: Our coffee is processed in facilities that may handle other food products. Please check all packaging labels if you have severe allergies.

  • Availability: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region.

SECTION 4 - PRE-ORDER INFORMATION

When you place a pre-order, you acknowledge:

  • Estimated delivery timelines are projections and are not guaranteed.

  • Product specifications, including specific bean lots or packaging, may change before final release.

  • We reserve the right to reject or cancel any pre-order at our discretion and will provide a full refund if payment was already collected.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • Risk of Loss: All items are purchased pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL).

  • International (UK & Canada): For orders shipped outside the United States, you are the "Importer of Record." You are responsible for all VAT, GST, customs duties, and brokerage fees. We are not liable for packages seized or delayed by customs authorities.

SECTION 6 - BILLING & SUBSCRIPTIONS

  • Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

  • Recurring Billing: If you enroll in a subscription, you authorize us to charge your stored payment method at the frequency selected.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel or modify subscriptions via your account portal. Changes must be made at least three (3) business days prior to your next scheduled shipment to take effect for that cycle.

SECTION 7 - RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, we do not accept returns on coffee products. If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@jambojava.com within 7 days of delivery. Non-perishable merchandise (e.g., apparel) may be returned in original condition within 30 days.

SECTION 8 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, including the Jambo Java name, logo, "Mara Roast" branding, and website design, is the exclusive property of Coast Collective Group, Inc. and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

SECTION 9 - USER CONTENT & FEEDBACK

Any comments or creative ideas you send us may be used by the Company without compensation or obligation to you. You agree not to submit unlawful or harmful content.

SECTION 10 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We provide our website and products on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coast Collective Group, Inc. disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products.

SECTION 11 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coast Collective Group, Inc. and its officers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law.

SECTION 12 - GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Austin, Texas, and you waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.
