Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Jambo Java offers both one-time purchases and subscription-based orders to provide flexibility and convenience for our customers.

1. One-Time Purchases

All one-time coffee orders are roasted fresh after purchase.

Cancellations:
Because our coffee is roasted to order, we are unable to cancel or modify one-time orders once they have entered the roasting or fulfillment process.

If you need to request a cancellation immediately after placing an order, please contact us at support@jambojava.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate requests made before roasting begins, but cannot guarantee changes once processing has started.

2. Subscription Orders (Loop)

By enrolling in a Jambo Java subscription, you agree to receive recurring shipments based on your selected delivery frequency.

Minimum Billing Cycles

Some subscription plans may require a minimum number of billing cycles before cancellation is permitted (as clearly disclosed at checkout).

Managing Your Subscription

You may:

  • Pause future deliveries

  • Skip a shipment

  • Update your shipping address

All changes can be made through your Loop Subscription Portal.

Cancellation Timing

To cancel or modify an upcoming subscription order, changes must be made at least three (3) business days before your next scheduled billing date.

Orders already billed and in processing cannot be canceled or refunded.

3. Refunds & Replacements

Due to the perishable, food-grade nature of coffee products:

  • We do not accept returns on opened or used products.

  • Refunds are not provided for orders already roasted and shipped.

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly delayed, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.

4. Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails:

  • We will automatically attempt to reprocess the payment according to our billing system.

  • If payment cannot be completed, the subscription order may be delayed or canceled.

5. Policy Updates

Jambo Java reserves the right to modify or update this Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
