Shipping Policy

At Jambo Java, our priority is delivering exceptional coffee at the peak of freshness. Because we roast in small batches and ship directly after roasting, our fulfillment process may differ slightly from traditional e-commerce retailers.

1. Roasting & Processing Times

Roast-to-Order:
To ensure premium quality and freshness, all coffee is roasted on a scheduled, small-batch basis. Most orders are roasted and processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.

Weekend & Holiday Orders:
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or recognized holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

Carriers:
We primarily ship but no limited to USPS, FedEx, DHL and UPS.

Transit Times:
Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after roasting and processing are complete.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and delivery location.

3. Subscription Shipping (Loop)

Automatic Fulfillment:
Subscription orders are generated and shipped automatically based on the delivery frequency you select (e.g., every 2 or 4 weeks).

Address Changes:
To update your shipping address for an upcoming cycle, please make changes in your Loop Subscription Portal at least three (3) business days before your next billing date.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout.

Jambo Java is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to address errors, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

5. Risk of Loss & Delivery Issues

Once your package is transferred to the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or DHL), ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but stolen afterward

  • Delays caused by carriers or customs authorities

Tip: If porch theft is a concern, consider shipping to a secure delivery location or a digital mailbox service.
